Credit Card Processing Fee Notice

  • A credit card processing fee of up to 3.5% will be applied to payments made by credit card, not to exceed the actual cost of processing the transaction or the maximum amount permitted by applicable law and card-network rules. No processing fee will be charged for payments made using a debit card or an eligible HSA or FSA card. Any applicable fee will be separately itemized on your receipt. By choosing to pay with a credit card, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable processing fee.
